Getting a lot of stutter on Forza horizon 3 it's simply unplayable on settings which this rig should be able to handle it. I played the game on the preset of high with vsync off and unlocked from rates.

Nvidia geforce gtx1060
Intel i5 7500 3.40 GHz cpu
8 gb ram
1 tb sshd
500w psu
Standard air cooling.
I have a video of the game running how it does typically and a screenshot of msi afterburners hardware monitor. No overclocking on device.
