Bios detetects hardrive but dosent come up to install on windows 7

Is this the only drive in the computer?
When the install program asks, 'Where do you want to install Windows?", does it list ANY drives/partitions? If not, you will need to click on Drive Options (Advanced) to partition and format the drive.
