Is the build good?

Solution
If you want to OC that 8600k to any decent speeds, I'd advise getting something a bit more beefy than the H7. That SSD is both old and overpriced. You can get one for significantly less.

Configured your build to have better storage options (bigger HDD), a better CPU cooler, and also a quality PSU. You can get away with 550W just fine with your setup. If you feel uncomfortable/want maximum expandability, go for the 650W version as you've already specced. Might I ask what monitor you'll be using? In some situations, the upgrade might not even be worth it.

Noah covered pretty much everything. One thing I would advise you to do is go for the EVGA SuperNOVA G2 or a Seasonic Focus Plus Gold Power Supply instead of the G3. The G3 has a loud fan and questionable in terms of some protections.

I agree, you have all the other stuff for a good overclock, the Extreme 4 is excellent for that and the CPU has really good potential.

By full tower, you mean an actual ATX Full tower, not a normal PC case, correct? Best full tower for the price would be the Phanteks Enthoo Pro, below $100. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/mn3RsY/phanteks-case-phes614pbk. For $10 more you can get the Tempered Glass RGB edition: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/BfPKHx/phanteks-enthoo-pro-tg-rgb-atx-full-tower-case-ph-es614ptg_bk and for $150, you can get the Enthoo Luxe tempered glass: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/78zZxr/phanteks-enthoo-luxe-tempered-glass-black-atx-full-tower-case-ph-es614ltg_bk
