When my computer first starts everything is fine but the longer it runs the more it slows down when it comes to starting new tasks. Once something is open its plenty fast and there isn't really a change but if my computer has been running for say a day and I open Chrome it will take nearly a full minute to simply open Chrome or something like the settings tab in Windows. At first I thought my OC was out of wack so I returned to stock clock and the only thing I have changed is that my ram is set to 3200, what it is supposed to be at, vs the system default of 2400. The only thing that has changed recently with my PC is that my ASRock Killer SLI/AC Motherboard got swapped for an Asus ROG Strix X370-F Gaming and my G.Skill Fortis 2400 MHz ram got swapped for T-Force NightHawk 3200 MHz ram, other than those two changes everything is exactly the same. I was going to check my CPU with Ryzen Master but it won't launch and just says the Ryzen Master driver is missing.

There was never really one process taking up a lot there was just a ton of processes all taking a little bit, but nothing looks out of place. One weird thing is though pretty much every time I restart it says its waiting on a program and when it shows the name of the program it looks like a product key instead of a program name and I don't recognize it at all.

I ended up formatting all of my drives and doing a fresh windows install which worked, other than my raid array not working so I have to run it as two sperate drives now.
