specs:
GPU : GTX 1070
CPU : i5-4440S 2.80GHz 4 cores.
RAM : 16gb
SSD : (dont have one)
I have found out that for some odd reason in main menus of games for example payday2,csgo,World of warcraft my fps gets capped to either 300 or 333 Which is really weird because i dont have a cap on the games and i dont run with vsync on in the games nor in the control panel.
before a long time when i got this Gpu and installed it had over 300-400+ fps on most games and was runing fine but after sometime now my fps seems to have gone from 300-400 to 190-200 and it is really frustrating... my temp's are 60cpu 40 gpu and it doesn't seem to be a bottleneck since ive looked alot into this.. for the past like 1 year .. still no Fix
