I have been trying to fix this for the past week and I haven't found a resolution to this issue yet. I have a Seagate Expansion+ 1TB and it works on other computers that I have used except my new one (Intel NUC Skull Canyon i7).
The light on the expansion is on when it is plugged in and the drive is spinning. Sometimes it will come up for about 5 seconds then goes away.
The drive does not show up in disk management. It will show up in device manager but I have to select "Show hidden objects" and it is grayed out and I cannot do anything with it.
I have installed the Paragon driver and removed it multiple times and it does nothing.
All USB ports work fine on my new desktop, I have used mice, keyboards, other external HHD's, and flash drives and they all work properly, I only have this issue with this drive.
If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.
