Hi,

I am building a computer currently. The specs are as follows:

Intel Pentium G4560 @ 3.5Ghz
Gigabyte H110 M.2 mobo
8GB DDR4-2400 RAM
GIGABYTE GEFORCE GTX 1060 3GB
2x 320GB HDD’s (not detected)
EVGA 550W PSU 80+ GOLD

The two HDD’s are not detected in the BIOS whatsoever. When we run Windows from a USB, it detects one HDD as the X: Drive and it is called Boot. The PC detects the drive, But we cannot download Windows on either drive despite formatting the drives multiple times prior to this. The drives were previously used, but have been formatted since.

I tested the two HDD’s on a different PC and it detected both HDD’s simultaneously and individually. It worked flawlessly.

Why can the BIOS not detect both HDD’s and why does the Windows Installer only detect one drive instead of both?

Thanks. If you neef more info or pictures let me know.
