HDD not working. Please see the video

Hi all,

Please take a look at this short video https://streamable.com/77k8d

the hdd starts up and the head moves a few times before it stops spinning. How should I fix this?

Buy a new hdd.

once you take the cover off in an unclean environment, your heads will be contaminated with dust.

You opened it? You can throw it out now.
Mechanical Hard drives can be opened only in special grade clean room environment.

once you open hdd case it will die within a day of work, due to dust and other things degrading the drive.
