Lots of stutter in call of duty WW2?

My rig
i5 8400
8 GB 2400 MHz ram (single channel)
gtx 1080

I tried some solutions like disabling paging file or excluding all related process from anti virus (I don't have any so in this case win defender) these solutions seem to work for a single mission or for some time and then that horrible sttuter mania starts, FPS are above 120,

I used to get slight stuttering on 8gb dual channel, upgrading to 16gb resolved that but this was an older DDR3 setup. I am suspicious of single channel 8gb. Are you using an SSD, I have the game on an SSD which probably helps too.

It feels like reading from HDD. Do you use optane cache ? buy 16GB/32GB drive and set it up as "cache" or/and get another 8 GB ram. you play on high settings with high textures that need more ram than default.
both solution SHOULD help with shuttering.
