Hello, I accidentally ripped my gtx 1070 founders edition fan cable while changing the thermal paste to liquid metal.
I don't want to water cool the gpu so my uncle said he can give me his titan xp's cooler (he watercooled his) so I want to know if it will fit before he sends it to me so I won't bother him in vain.. thanks to the helpers!

It won't. The 1070 has a different card layout. you can just get a new fan or try to resolder the connector.
Or since it's an fe edition and the cooler is pretty bad anyways just get an aftermarket one.
