It have 6gb of DDR3 1333htz ram, with core2quad q9300 processor, windows 10 pro 64bit. 500gb+160gb HDD and gigabyte g41 motherboard, 450watt SMPS, please help me for choosing a new graphics card...which one best budget graphics card for this cpu.. please help me

The 970 you can get for around 150. What’s your budget?

Your system can run it, but just barely (Q9300 just barely faster than the minimum Q6600 listed).

With that system, I honestly wouldn't consider anything much more than a GTX 1050, & even then you'll be held back by your CPU; a GT 1030 is probably a better fit.

GT 1030 or gtx 1050 would be highest I would go with brand new cards.
