Gigabyte GT 1030 on a 240 Watt psu?

Hello! I am thinking about upgrading my Dell Optiplex 7010 with a decent graphics card. My budget is not alot and I only can afford 1030 but it says that the graphics card recommended Watt is 300. Can i still use it with a 240 watt power supply?

I've run a 55W TDP card on a system with a 220W PSU, The GT 1030 is a 30W TDP card.

Might help to know what CPU you're running, though.

Actually you can, if you want, run GTX 1050TI on that power supply, confirmed by board member.
