140mm fan with 120mm mounting holes for 140mm front case intake

Note: i dont have a case on me just yet.
I have 2 140mm noctua a15 fans, those are with 120mm mounting holes.
Lets say a case have place for 2x140mm fans in front or 3x120mm. We have mounting holes for both 140mm and 120mm, will 2 noctua a15 fans fit in front panel just like normal 2 140mm fan would with the same end result?

It seems like you are right.
The case i am looking into is NZXT H700 and using rail mounting for 140mm fans and holes for 120..
Currently my best bet is to see if it can fit 1 standart 140mm fan on top front and one a15 in the middle. I need to see if i can make use of what i have before i am buying more of the standart 140mm fans.
