Building new system, specs are:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 2600X
Motherboard: MSI B350M PRO-VD PLUS
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB 3000MHz (2 x 8GB)
GPU: EVGA 1060 6GB SC
PSU: Corsair CX450M

Built system, wouldnt POST or anything despite all components receiving power. Looked through many posts and figured my mobo prob got ruined or something as i was working on carpet and not being very careful. RMA'ed my motherboard, and nothing has changed. Current running with one stick of RAM, No GPU. Just CPU, stock cooler, and RAM. I have checked each stick of RAM in both of 2 slots on mobo. Unplugged and plugged in everything several times. Checked my PSU with paperclip. Checked with a monitor with VGA -> VGA and HDMI -> DVI (gpu), and with a TV with DVI -> HDMI, and HDMI -> HDMI. Reset cmos by shorting JBAT1, and removing battery for 5 minutes+, drained power with power button for 2 minutes.

When i press power button, CPU fan starts and all LEDs light up. Debug LEDs on mobo flash, wait on 'DRAM' for a second, then turn off. CPU fan then slows down and stays stable. No output at all. Dont have internal speaker, one is arriving tomorrow. Anything i can do until then?

Just to confirm, have you tried updating the board's BIOS? B350 boards aren't guaranteed compatibility with Ryzen 2000 series processors unless they've received a BIOS update that enables them to do so. If you do end up returning that board, go for a B450 one for assured compatibility. You can upgrade your BIOS by either contacting AMD for a bootkit, or seeing if you have a local brick-and-mortar store. They are very likely to upgrade your BIOS for free.

I haven't updated the BIOS. That does kind of make sense, and I had considered it and even checked it but it was on a weird website and not pcpartpicker. Will look into it and try. Thank you for the advice!
