My ssd is less than 2 months old and it would randomly spike to 100% while doing anything at all. I've reseated the connection, replaced the cable, and downloaded all win 10 updates. It causes very horrible stutters in games and while at the desktop, freezing. I've heard somewhere that the controller was resetting every 5 min?I'm not sure but it's very annoying and only started a week ago.
