I just installed my new psu, turned it on and stayed at bios. I see that only 2/3 of my drives are detected (both hdd if that helps). I’ve plugging in and out the sata power cable to the psu, same with in the ssd it’s self and still nothing. Really weird as everything else is working

Then let's not poke at it anymore. Maybe it was "picky" about the cables:).
Jokes aside,
Maybe i plugged in the wrong cable to the psu ?
I doubt that. There's only one kind of cable that fits. I would suspect bad cable connection or a faulty one. As far as I know, SSD doesn't connect to the cable as firmly as HDD.

Some motherboards need an update to work properly. Flash the latest BIOS.
Make sure the power (from PSU to SSD) and SATA cable (from the motherboard to SSD) is connected properly. Try using the SSD alone without the HDDs connected.
Make sure your SSD is not faulty by testing it on another system.
