my logitech g502 mouse does not work

i download the g502 software but it comes up and there is no mouse customization just like keyboard and speakers and crap that i dont even have and i just want to customize my mice to change dpi and mouse buttons but i cant the mouse works but the dpi is really high i cant change it... plz help

Ok, If you have a G502 There should be 2 Buttons behind the Scroll wheel, Those should be your DPi Settings about changing the buttons I don't know about this should help with the Side/Add. buttons https://support.logitech.com/en_us/product/g502-proteus-core-tunable-gaming-mouse

And this one is a bit harder to navigate (less user friendly) but is WAY more lighter and cover all same function for the mouse.
