I see this is a pretty common problem with the asus laptops and notebooks....I guess I should've researched a little better.Does anyone know if they're planning a recall on any models?or,if there's a hack for it?a The issue with the battery not charging,or turning on.

Not sure why you think it's a common issue, ASUS has a lot of laptop models, and battery failures happen to every vendor as well as motherboard or power jack issues. Did you contact ASUS support for your issue?

If the laptop is still under warranty, then contact Asus support (Like Hang mentioned), as they will be responsible in resolving your problem. Unfortunately, battery issues do happen with laptops and are not isolated to only Asus laptops.
