my spces:
i5-4440 CPU @ 3.10GHz
GTX 660
RAM 8.0 GB
Thermaltake litepower 500w
I intend to play at 1080p at full graphics in games like witcher 3, dishonored 2, deus ex mankind divided, monster hunter world.
Should i replace my psu ? or can it suffice for gtx 1060?

Solution
The 1060 will be a good fit for your system and will be a very nice bump in performance from your 660. It is significantly faster. A decent 500 watt PSU will be more than enough for your system, but I am not a big fan of your PSU. I would recommend getting a quality PSU from Corsair, EVGA, or Seasonic.

if you do see a bottleneck from your cpu it wont be a very large or dibiltating bottleneck and most games will run pretty good
when you upgrade to an i7 some cores will not be utilized in many games as that is workstation hardware
stay with your i5 and get a 1060
