When ever I load an application that is uses the 1050 Ti the game/application stutters and the audio becomes robotic and the mouse lags (slows down). After a few seconds it goes back to normal but sometimes it randomly comes back. This only occurs when the application is using the 1050 ti. I tested using the dedicated gpu (Intel graphics 630) and it does not occur. It has happened since I got the laptop a couple weeks ago.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch a game/application that uses the nvidia 1050 ti
2. When loading screen comes up stuttering occurs sound is robotic and mouse lags
3. play game and randomly the same issue will happen

Solution
Run the Resource Monitor and look for some resource that is being maxed out by some other application or process that runs or kicks in when the stuttering starts.

Reliability History may also reveal some information in the form of error codes and warnings.
