Will my router cap my ethernet's speed?

I have a Netgear WNDR4300v2 router. The advertised Wifi speed for this is 450mbps.

I recently upgraded my ISP internet speed to gigabit and am worried that the ethernet speed will be limited to 450mbps. Does anyone know if it will be limited?

I know the Wifi will be, but am only concerned with the ethernet speeds.

Thanks!

The router inputs and outputs are:
Five (5) 10/100/1000 (1 WAN and 4 LAN) Gigabit Ethernet ports with auto-sensing technology.

So you are only limited by the internet provider download and upload speeds (and the modem).

The file transfer speed using the gigabit ethernet wouldn't be affected by the WiFi speed.

Yes, your wi-fi speed will be limited to whatever speed it is capable of supporting. Your wired speed should be good to go for the full speed when connecting gig-ethernet capable devices.

Regardless, your performance should be quite good across the network.
