Diablo 3 ROS crossfire support help please

Solution
Two things:

1. Make sure its in full screen not windowed or borderless windowed mode
2. Make sure you are launching the 32bit launcher and not the 64bit launcher. Some info online states the 64bit launcher does not support crossfire.

Click "Options" Drop down menu.
Click "Game Settings" Item.
Check "Launch 32-bit client (instead of 64-bit)" option.
Click "Done" in the lower right of the window.

Thats how you change to 32bit.

@TJ Hooker, the game can still be pretty intense with all the enemies on screen. I have a 1080 and it plays the game at 4K DSR to 1080p and runs without frame rate issues but can't really compare nVidia and AMD as drivers can make a massive difference.

Oh, I would have figured you'd be getting higher FPS even at high resolution. Well, you can try the advice here: https://www.reddit.com/r/Diablo/comments/67rcw5/diablo_3_crossfire_support_in_windows_10_x64/

Make sure you're running in fullscreen mode, and try running the 32 bit executable rather than the 64 bit one.

Fair enough. I couldn't find any benchmarks for the Fury X for D3. I just thought I remembered D3 not being a particularly demanding game even when it first came out. Assumed a flagship card that came out 2 years later would be able to handle it pretty easily, I guess I assumed wrong!
