ASUS Z370 E - Orange Light (USB & Display not working)

I'm currently having an issue whereas my mouse & keyboard plugged into the system are not indicating they are turning on, as well as nothing is displaying on my monitor upon booting.

Once I boot, Motherboard, Ram, Graphics Card and Fans are all turned on. Indicating that power is being draw'ed to everything.

- Mobo: ASUS ROG STRIX Z370-E
- Process: Intel Core i7-8700k
- Ram: G.SKILL TridentZ RGB 32GB (4 x 8GB)
- GPU: MSI GTX1060 Gaming X
- PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 750 G3, 80 Plus Gold

Upon booting, all fans and lights are running and there's nothing being displayed on my monitor nor is my keyboard/mouse lighting up.

As for lights on the motherboard, the only light that indicates anything to possibly trouble shoot is a ORANGE light. By default there's a red light consistently on, upon powering a light slightly above on the motherboard turns Orange.

Any help?

Yes, the monitor is connected to the GPU using an HDMI capable.
The GPU is properly connected the PSU, as well as the "MSI" logo on the GPU is lit up upon launching the system.

I do NOT hear a beep. That is something I noticed. What does the beep normally indicate?

one short beep indicate that everythink is ok. Check if the little speaker is connected to the motherboard.

Try to remove the ram sticks and turn on the compuer. Wait few secs (it should beeping) and thurn off the coputher. Plug in back the ram sticks and turn on the computer.

The speaker and power connections are all bundled up into one with this case.
All my ram does light up, but I will try to remove ram and boot. I'll let you know how it goes.

edit: Tested it..It worked. So I had bought 2x8 sticks twice. I tried with just one stick plugged in, and it went to a Green light then a white light. Then booted to BIOS. I can't ask for more. Thank you so much!

Update: I can only run with 2x8 GB sticks, but I cannot run with 4x8GB, know any reason why? All the same ram.

Memory manufacturers guarantee memory in the form sold and not in other combinations you happen to create.

Such combinations may cause the memory to be unable to operate at rated specifications or as in your case, the PC will not boot up. Nothing is stopping you from making such combinations, but you are responsible for doing your own compatibility testing with no guarantees as the memory has never been tested before in such a combination.

They are identical RAM and were tested to work together. I bought them last month and had them working just find, now when i put them in only two sticks work at a time. They are DDR4 Ram.

Clearing the CMOS did not work sadly.
I did both ways of shorting the pins and/or removing the battery.

I will now try to update the BIOS.
