While idle my i5 7400 with stock cooler is like 40 to 42 but when I play games for example squad or pubg my temp for my cpu is like 56 to 62 c is that definettly safe for long gaming sessions thx

If not, yes your temps are great. You are good to go. Anything under 80C is good for longevity. 100C is the absolute hottest it can get before shutting down or throttling.

Hi I’ve started playing rainbow six siege and it seems to me that it’s VERY CPU INTESIVE but my temps are great sitting at mostly 45c and my gpu 39 but my cpu is at like a consent 70 to 80 sometimes 90 while playing is this fine and safe thx

Something is not right. Your GPU is only 39 C while playing the game? That is much cooler than I would expect. Either that is not an accurate reading or your GPU is running at a low utilization.

CPU
GPU
laptop or desktop
software you are using to monitor temperatures and utilization.
Low temperatures are great, but your numbers are surprisingly low.
