My board is Asus it's displaying well but once I put my card gt630 it's not displays but the fan is running for GPU and PSU only no display the board was being used by other guy but

Everthing is connected as I HV said the PC is up and running and the problem is display on card and the fan is running for it.
I changed the board and used all the thing for previous board spu, CPU and GPU it's the one now having a problem.
I HV tested it into other PC it's working
