Title says it all. What ram should I get for an and ryzen 5 1400? For example will it run with a 3200 hz ram? (Suggestions for Mobo welcome as well,btw I have lost track with all the fuss about amd bios issues,parts are oriented for gaming mainly).
EDIT: Mobo is gonna be an msi b350 tomahawk

Check the QVL list for whatever mobo you're looking at specifically. Ryzen tends to favor fast RAM and 3000Mhz is a nice sweet spot. Going much further up the scale won't produce significant gains given the additional outlay of money required for it if all you're doing is gaming.

As for vendors, that's up to you. I've had Corsair RAM in three systems and never once had an issue with it. Drop dead reliable and operated at the advertised speed out of the package. That said, there's no shortage of other quality manufacturers out there.
