As has been said, the single-channel RAM is killing you; you're literally cutting your memory bandwidth in half by using only a single stick. As has also been said, the integrated GPU performance really cares about RAM speed, so getting two faster sticks of RAM will certainly help.

This is your problem.

Integrated GPU in your Ryzen depends on speed of main memory. The faster, the more FPS you get.

First of all, your memory is single channel, because you have one stick. The simplest thing you can do is add another (make sure it is exactly the same as your current) stick for dual channel, this should already improve performance significantly, doubling memory bandwidth.

Also, you can further improve performance by selling this stick and getting 2x8GB of faster memory, like 2800, 3000 or even 3200 MHz. You can even go with 2x4GB if you feel like 8GB is enough for your needs and 2x8 is too expensive.

Looking up benchmarks, there is a significant difference between dual channel and single channel memory for the 2200g, but no where near the performance I'm getting. I'm getting sub 40 in games like csgo on medium settings at 1080p and under 30fps in fortnite at 1080p with low settings.
