Short answer, no. It's unlikely that you can overclock on an OEM HP board.

Long answer, maybe. It's always possible, but honestly the difficulty and learning curve for what you'll get in return, if anything, probably aren't worth it. If you want to find the motherboard model number and report back with that, it would make knowing a lot easier. In the meantime, you can take a read here at what you'll be getting yourself into.
