So basically, I have two SSD Drives. One is five years old - C: and the second one is three months old - D:. I made a fresh install of Windows and decided to play it safe, and installed it on my D: drive, aka the new SSD. So my question is, is it possible to make my D: Drive, into my C: Drive?

Solution
After you remove what you are calling your "c drive", you boot what is now your "d drive" -- everything might, possibly, work just fine, with Windows making your "d drive" into a "c drive".

You can't change them around like that.

You have the OS installed on one or both drives?
Whichever drive you boot up will be the "C drive".

Please show us a screencap of your current Disk Management window.
