Heat issue with my CPU

First,Thank you so much for reading my article,last time,I asked you guys to boot my CPU. Now, when I game, It is normal when I lie it down, but when I stand the case up, the CPU went up to >90°c,It is very disturbing. U guys have any ideas?

What do you mean by "i5 750 don't have much thermal paste?" CPUs have as much or as little thermal paste as you apply, there needs to be fresh thermal paste every time you take apart and reinstall a cooler, and yes, thermal paste is extremely important.
If the shop installed it I would get them to fix it, it’s not cooling properly and attempting to fix it yourself may void any warranty they offer. It wouldn’t be the first time a computer shop made a mistake.

My theory is when the case is on its side the weight of the cooler holds it down on the cpu, but when the case is upright the weight of the cooler causes the top edge to separate from the cpu. Even the tiniest gap will let air in and significantly reduce the cooling efficiency.
