Should i enable RAPID mode on 860 EVO?

Hello everyone today i bought Samsung SSD 860 EVO 500gb and its looking pretty fast! i downloaded Samsung Magician and i saw RAPID mode was disabled. Should i enable it? i have a SATA 2 port will it be faster if i enable it?

Specs:
Motherboard: GA-P55M-UD2
CPU:I5 750 2.8ghz
Ram:12gb
SSD:Samsung 860 EVO 500gb
GPU:Geforce GT 9800

After a quick read on it (I am no expert whatsoever, nor did I have any knowledge of it before hearing about it for the first time in the last 5 minutes), it seems that it is a RAM caching feature. If your 860 EVO is a SSD and not an NVMe drive then you can use it.

The RAM caching seems to benefit if you're loading the same thing over and over, which is a long-term benefit. But short term the effects seem to be minimal.

To answer your question, it's all your preference. I saw posts that said some people find it very worth it, and some people said the effects were not noticeable.

Ok if im right i think if i enable it it will take some RAM of the 12gb i think not sure

It will definitely take up some of the RAM, I'd imagine not more than 2gb or so, but I'm not sure on this.
