i5 8400 + GTX 1060 3GB OR i3 8100 GTX 1060 6GB for gaming+streaming?

Hello so im going to build my first PC soon and i need help.
I also want to stream games and stuff... so my question is what is going to perform better for streaming and look better for my viewers or which one will get more fps/more stable on stream?

Ryzen 2600 is the one you want in this case due to 12 threads compared to 8400's 6, RX 580 4gb will be slightly better than 1060 imo too for the extra 1 gb VRAM.

Can you list all the components? May help you optimize. Total budget? Living in US?

Agree, for streaming on a budget Ryzen is the way to go.

Go with an i7 8700 or i7 8700K.

Yes, Old FX series is a mess, but new Ryzen series is really good and better bang for the money. Ryzen 5 has doubled threads than Coffee lake I5 for similar prices. If you don't trust me, just google some and see what Ryzen can provide. If you have bigger budget, I will go with 8700 but your hands seem tight.
