Is there a way to safely recude the voltage of my CPU?

I've found out that i have an issue with my VRM overheating and causing my CPU to slow down, and i've read that i could try to lower my voltage to fix it
Is this a viable way to fix this issue?
And if it is, can i do it from the BIOS? and what do i have to change exactly to make it work properly?
My motherboard is a M5A78L-M LX3

here's the link to the reddit post : https://www.reddit.com/r/pcmasterrace/comments/93zo9q/something_is_wrong_with_my_cpu/

1st, yes, you can reduce the cpu voltage, but keep in mind if you low the voltage too low, the cpu will not run stable.

Then your cpu, fx6300, has safe temp under 60C, I saw your CPU was going up to 63C in game. So that should cause the cpu to reduce the speed because the temp.
So what cooler did you have? if you don't have the aftermarket cpu cooler, buy one, like this type (top-down blowing design) https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103084&ignorebbr=1 The tower and water cooler will not help, because only the top-down blowing design one can blow the air down onto the motherboard components, including VRMs too. Also make sure the cooler can support at least 95W TDP cpu too, the fx6300 is the 95w TDP cpu.

3) If you want to low the VRM temp, may buy those MOSFET Heatsinks https://www.amazon.com/Enzotech-MOS-C10-Forged-Copper-Heatsinks/dp/B004CL89D8 or add the small fan on the VRMs section, like in the picture: https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSOy4C1kR6yBQE3Qo3YpE_ALwKnkeKbSY0peWnHrclOGFpZcOqs

4) One more thing, make sure your case has good airflow too, something like this, cool air in the front/bottom, out from top/rear: https://cdn.macovi.de/media/content/datapages/1563/images/CARBIDE_88R_AIRFLOW.png

Thank you for the help, but i've managed to fix the issue on my own by disabling AMD Turbo Core and by changing some of my power settings, sometimes the best solution is the simplest.
