What are the differences in these ram sticks? and how do I tell which one I have?

Solution

One is DRR4 2400 Mhz, and the other is DDR4 3000 Mhz. Assuming your kit is capable, and the RAM stick works at 3000 Mhz, it can run 25% faster.
