I just bought a new motherboard and cpu, that's when the issue happened, I got an asus M59A7 motherboard, an amd fix 8350 processor, 16 GB of ddr3 ram, a gtx960 windforce graphics card, and a corsair cx750M power supply. When the issue happened, I thought it was the motherboard, I bought it second hand, so I went and bought hi t a brand new one (the exact same one) after the replacement, the same thing happened, I tried replacing the power supply, removing the cmos battery, I dont know what to do next, I'm thinking it's the cpu (its brand new, only used it with this issue) I'm out of ideas.

You have to check if your motherboard is compatible with your CPU. The chipset might not be supported on your motherboard. Make sure to google the posting codes!
