Keyboard failure and booting automatically without pressing the boot button

I think i changd frim quick boot to "warm booting"thats taking too long and when i put my mouse is lighting up and the gaming pads are lighting too but when i put the keyboard isn't doing anything and when i put my phone the its charging and showing .up the computer now. Wherr is the mistake now but and another thing when i power my house the computer starts without press the boot button .now what can i do please..and still if i buy another keyboard a wireless one will it work llea help

What OS (Operating System) are you using?

What make and model devices are you using: i.e., keyboard, mouse, gamepad, phone, etc.?

Try to provide more information and carefully explain what is happening and the order in which things happen (or do not happen as expected).
