Hello
I have built a new system with following components-
i5 8400 @2.8ghz
Msi GTX 1060 6gt OC
8gb ddr4 gskill ripjaws
The problem is, most of the games like Forza horizon 3, watch dogs 1 and 2 are not using GPU completely and I'm getting frame drops and stutters. Forza works fine for half hour then stutters. They use around 70% of my GPU except for watch dogs 1 which uses 50-70%.
There's no bottleneck I suppose as cpu usage is not more than 70% (50% avg). It stays at around 60C not more than 65C. What is the problem here?
I'm using latest drivers and didn't touch any BIOS settings or OCed anything.
