Hello everyone help me before i lose my sanity. Well my PC died from April because of HDD problems and yesterday i bought and SSD (860 EVO 500gb) but before i bought it everytime i opened my PC with the HDD it showed me this (video down below) i dont think anyone has seen this before idk how it happened. The same issue happens with the SSD (which i bought yesterday) i installed Windows 10. I've tried everything removing the battery (CMOS battery) i have clicked in the BIOS "Load optimized settings", reseting settings in the BIOS, reinstalled windows multiple times i can get in safe mode i tried sfc /scannow, scanning registry, chkdsk C: and nothing happens. Sometimes when i open my PC sometimes it shows me this chinese letters sometimes it doesn't. When these chinese letters not show up when booting it loads windows most of the times but it shows me "Preparing Automatic Repair" and when its not showing Automatic Repair and loads windows it just stucks. I mean when it shows the windows logo and the loading at the bottom for me it stucks and if i force close my PC it will show the chinese letters again. Sometimes it loads properly i mean loading windows and getting successfully into logging screen. After i use the PC a bit (about 5 min or less) it frozes and shows me blue screen of "DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION". I hope ypu understand what i mean. My only guess it something is happening with the motherboard not sure.

I ran it as administrator (safe mode) and it says "Failed to install the remover driver (Error code 0xC007043C)." it needs to install the remover driver which in safe mode can't install drivers or softwares ill try to boot without safe mode

nvm i scanned it without going to safe mode and no infections were found.

Strange indeed, everything indicates that something is infected in MBR.

What happens if you, say, boot from bootable USB stick or live CD with linux? Do you get chinese letters then?

And most importantly, since the video is of really bad quality, are those REALLY chinese letters, or simply graphical glitches and corruption?

what do you mean? boot windows from a usb stick?

Boot anything from USB stick, like windows recovery, linux OS, win PE, basically anything bootable that can show graphical interface. But please, try with a different GPU first like stated above, after careful watching it indeed does seem like glitching, not Chinese letters.

Maybe you are right because i tried to play Euro Truck Simulator 2 yesterday and as it was loading the game PC froze and it also happened with Minecraft i wanted to check a map from a youtuber and it froze exactly like ETS2 and then displayed blue screen Watchdog violation. Is there any way i can check the GPU that is failing?

Also i went too cmd when i was at the automatic repair i mean the option that say "Continue to Windows 10", "Troubleshooter" and "Exit" i went to cmd and typed "bootrec /fixmbr" that worked then i typed the next command "bootrec /fixboot" and it said "Access is Denied" why did this happen?
