Wondering what DIY or additional fans I could use to add more ventilation.

So I have this case but it only has those 4 fans pre-installed and I don't see any ventilation holes. Have people successfully just run a screw driver through the top to get holes before? What would you suggest to add more fans?

Solution
Do the fans have stickers on them to specify specs?
BTW, why would you need more airflow? If your case is heating up, I would suspect CPU heatsink. Use tower HS as they directly push toward the exhaust.

Also, Robert Ban is right. You could change the stock fans to something better if they aren't good enough.
Anything 20-dB should be near silent. Anything with 60+CFM should promote good airflow. I usually recommend these but you could go higher.

I do wonder about that case. It looks to have a solid glass/acrylic front panel with what looks like a fairly narrow slit opening around the edges, where it joins to the angled sides, being the only area for air to flow into those three big fans. That could be very restrictive so try operating it with the front panel completely removed for a while and see if it improves temperatures inside.

If so, that would be the area to look at for improving.

Actually, the front panel is just a plastic piece that hinges on and off, I take it off when I play games and put my fan in front of it for more air flow. Thank you everyone for helping.

If you could possibly help me with my other problem, that would be great.
