I went to restart my restart my pc in the morning and it would turn on and off repeatedly for 1 or 2 seconds. So I changed the power supply thinking it might be the issue(it wasn’t) then I reseated the ram and the computer started up but now it does not display anything on the monitors.

Specs: i7 4790k
Mai MB can’t remember the name
8gb ram ddr3
MSI gtx 960 2 gb
And new psu EVGA 600 watt 80 plus bronze

Is it really POSTing or is just the fans coming on. Does this motherboard have indicator lights to show if it POSTed? Do you have a hard drive activity indicator light and is it blinking as if it was loading the OS .... if so remove the GPU and retest.

If it is just the fans coming on, then it sounds like some hardware may have fried ... overnight power surge? If you have access to spare parts or a store with a really nice return policy, you can test each part ... otherwise you might be better taking it to someone.
