I need help. Not computer savvy

I cant connect any devices to my internet. Says ethernet cable not connected. I have checked everything and dont know what is wrong. Like I said I know very very little about any of this. Please help!!!

Sure try the things suggested.

But you posted this under wireless and say that no devices will connect. You mean that your phones will not wirelessly connect either? You can download a free phone app for wireless network signal analysis, what brand phones (Apple or Android)?

It would help to have information on your hardware models -- what router, and what clients?

Have you ever made connections or is this a new network?
