Please Help me Remove my Heatsink!

Hello,
I'm not sure if this post is in the correct category, sorry if it isn't .

I can't figure out how to remove my Heatsink from my Intel CPU.
I've searched around all over the internet looking for removal videos, but none matched the configuration of my Enermax heatsink.
The manual for my Heatsink only contains installation procedures but not removal.
I have posted pictures of my Heatsink, please help me remove it.

Okay I know why you can't remove it anymore. The metal gets harder and less malleable the more it heats and gets cool. What temps are you getting now? if its under 70'c I probably wouldn't worry about it

Trying to push it out of the clip has brought no luck..
Also these screws with horrible design are imposeible to take out because they do not have ridges like nuts do..
I'm stuck :/

I see. I usually get around 70 when playing games, but the main reason I wanted to apply MX-4 was so I could overclock the processor without it reaching 80 degrees C.

I cant recommend anything that's safe, at this point sorry. Like you could let it heat up switch off and try it but that might burn you. You could also take the board out and use a pair of needlenose but that risk the mobo aswell
