My pc turns on, fans are up and leds are light up, but there is nothing on the screen.

Motherboard: Z370 MSI A-Pro
Cpu: i7 8700k
Gpu: Gtx 1060 3gb
PSU: Extreme Power Plus 460W
Cooler: H60 AIO Liquid CPU Cooler
Ram:Corsair Value Select 8GB DDR4 2133MHz

I think its because I had windows 10 on one of the drives. Is there anyway to remove it or any other solutions?

Unplug everything not needed (Drives, only have 1 stick of ram and GPU/cards) see if it boots to bios if not reseat the mobo in case

I have tried, I have unseated everything and unplugged the drives and I only have one stick of ram anyways, please ya got anything else?

I did check on a psu calculator and it seems your psu might not be strong enough, with the info you provides it uses 400w of power as is.

pull the gpu see if onboard video comes on. also make sure the bios on the mb will post your cpu. make sure it does not have an old bios file on it.
