Upgrading my PC and I added an i5-8600k, 16 gb of corssair vengence ram and a b360 gaming plus mobo. I also have a gtx 960 4gb in there too. I put the thing together and got it turned on fine, I noticed that the pc showed 4 of my 6 cores and it wouldnt display to my 2 other monitors (3 displays total). I decided to flash the bios so I popped in the disc and flashed the bios, my computer said will shut down and restart, shut down but didnt restart. I used a jumper to clear the cmos but nothing happened. I used the v3 battery from my old mobo and nothing happened.

Other ways I trouble shoot I tried to boot with 0 and 1 stick of ram, unplugged all except the cpu and mobo (made sure the cpu fans were plugged in), reseated all hardware into slots, and other stuff I cant remember cause I have been doing this for the past 3 hours.

Nothing will light up, no fans no LEDS. What can I do to get power to the mobo properly? I suspect Im somehow not clearing the cmos.
*unplugged computer, held power for 60 seconds, removed battery, used jumper, placed battery back, plugged in, nothing*
* jumper is 2 pins*

pull the gpu and ram...see if onboard video is coming on. if not put the newest bios file on a usb stick and plug it into one of the usb 2.x ports if your mb has it. leave the mb on for a long time see if it trys to recover itself. may take 2 hours.
