Absolutely not.

Your PSU is rated for 264w on the 12V rail, at most. This measurement could’ve been made at ‘peak’ or lower operating temperatures. It may only be able to deliver 200w in your conditions.
This arises a couple issues.
Firstly, this is undoubtedly undersized for an RX 580 System. The RX 580 can use 250w, alone, while gaming.
Also, this is an indication of a crappy PSU. It may only last a year, and take out components with it.

So, definitely buy another PSU.

For a recommendation, please provide full system specifications so we can ensure compatibility, which retailers you prefer to purchase from, budget, and any special requirements/desires such as quietness, efficiency (if electricity is expensive)...
