I have an and sempron 145 processor, 12 GB of ram and a gtx 750ti 4gb. My computer isnt bad but I can barely watch YouTube and vant play games whatsoever. I dont know why.

That's a ~8 year old, single core CPU that was entry level even at launch. Add 8 years to that, it's not particularly capable at all.

Doesn't matter which GPU you have, or how much RAM..... the CPU is the issue here.

The CPU is really dated, so will struggle with modern titles. It'll give you a heck of a better chance than the Sempron, for sure..... but I wouldn't be confident with PUBG.... Fortnite is pretty light to run, so should be playable.

Streaming is probably off the table - gaming is likely going to eat up the vast majority of the resources available from that CPU.
