Buzzing noise from pc

So 1 year ago i built my gaming pc and a month ago i got coil whine fine but now yesterday when i turned it on after 2 3 minutes on home screen idle i heared buzzing (my brother says it is because its hot outside i dont belive that) do any of you know what this is

It can be psu, if you dont have good psu, so it can create buzzing noise under load. If it is from gpu, you can try to use vsync to stop that noise a little. If it is gpu, then higher the fps is, the louder noise is.
