When I turn the power switch on, cpu fan, system fans, leds turns on for 2 seconds then turns off, then everything turns on and pc boots normally. Only happens again if I turn off power supply after shutting down the pc. Can Anyone tell me why it’s happening??? Thanks in advance

Make sure all of your fan cables CPU cables power cables excetera are properly seated and plugged in. If the problem still occurs you most likely have a short in your motherboard or cables. But if it boots regularly afterwards then there shouldn't be a problem.

no, but there is one solution, don't turn your PSU off and don't plug out PSU from switch board after turning off pc. if you turn your PSU off or plug it out from switch board and then plug psu or turn it on when need to boot, it will happen again when you turn your pc on. so you can turn windows off but don't turn off powersupply. hope it helps you. many people suggested that this is over power from switch board issue. if you have fear of burning your mobo or something you can also check on ups or surge protection. I just ordered one surge protection. I will tell you if that thing solve this problem.

tell me if it helps.
