My razer ornata chroma has been acting up since i updated to synapse 3. I had lighting profiles all set up, but when i put my PC to sleep and woke it, the profiles wiped themselves of all but their names. The keyboard also wasnt lighting up at all and it is quite frustrating to re create a profile each day i use the pc. Any ideas?

If your using Windows 10 then go down to the Windows button right click and go on Device Manager. Find mouse and find keyboard and click Arrow next to them. You should be given a list of all your keyboards and mouses. Right click on them and uninstall or update your drivers.

I've tried that, claims there's no available driver update for any of my peripherals.

Have you tried deleting these drivers and the reinstalling them. Or disabling them completely. If that doesn't work maybe you should look and some sort of reset for your pc. It may just be something finicky with your pc.

i have tried that as well, unisntalling, unplugging and replugging the keyboard, and it still does it, ive also reset the pc numerous times and that hasnt helped me whatsoever.
