Hello people ,
First of all , this is my System specs
I5 2400 3.1Ghz
Gigabyte gtx 660 2gb ddr5
4gb ram
320gb hard disk

i noticed that the pc also lags while booting and normal activities but when i try to play any game like "cs go/gta 5/far cry 3 .." i hear a noise from the gpu and the game starts freezing for a minutes then i get a blue screen , after some research i noticed that when i play games with high fps the noise gets stronger and when i limit the fps to 60 or 30 it still makes noise but less then normal
